The auditorium has inspired some decorations that were there in the palaces during the Fatimid era. The auditorium has a capacity of 700 students, and the auditorium has two levels of seating. The auditorium consists of a royal box and translator cabins. Jamea’s auditoriums (such as Jamea in Surat, Nairobi, and Karachi) are well connected such that when any event is conducted in one auditorium, it is live broadcasted in all the other Jameas auditoriums.
During the initial stages of the design, the auditorium followed a contemporary concept. Which later on changed to a much more traditional concept, The design of the auditorium evolved from traditional scriptures, and design patterns have been replicated in the auditorium lobby areas.
